Highlight of this second weekend, the traditional torchlight march for the benefit of the Telethon: the public is invited to join this procession animated by music by medievalists in costume, which will start on Saturday, December 9 from the forecourt of the drawbridge of the City (appointment is given from 6pm) and will walk to the Carnot square.

As every year, the descent of the City lightens with the colors of the flaming torches. Come and experience the fabulous Torchlight March in medieval or civilian costume, in the presence of medieval troops and different partners.

From 5pm until the start of the walk: come and buy your torch or LED light tube!
Price: 3€ (by the Rotary Club Carcassonne Bastide and the Rotaract, for the benefit of the Telethon)
– 17h45: fire show (sticks, diabolos, bolas…)
– 6.30 pm: departure of the stroll in the streets of the city
– 7:30 pm: arrival at Place Carnot

Free buses will run from the Centre de Congrès/ Le Dôme train station to the Cité at 5:45 pm and 8 pm.
