The property adjoins a large protected natural area, ideal for mountain biking and which leads directly to the Cité de Carcassonne (30 minutes on foot).

The rooms arranged in an outbuilding of the dwelling house are on one level with the garden, the terraces and have adjoining private bathrooms.
An additional bedroom or small gite (2 people) is available for long stays.
Parking is provided on the property with the possibility of a garage.
The 5 bedrooms equipped with shower rooms with WC, can accommodate 2 people and have heating (baby cot possible).
