Located in the heart of the residence and open all year round, the “Le Silence du Midi” restaurant and its Chef, Ellen, take you on a culinary journey through the Mediterranean flavours inspired by local and seasonal produce.
By the fireplace in winter or surrounded by nature in summer, the open and set menus will satisfy all your of your culinary desires.
Open from April to September, the rest of the year on reservation.
