In an environment laden with history (Dolmen Fades in Pepieux, Minerve Cathar site, Canal du Midi), in a Mediterranean climate dominated by the sun and the Tramontane wind, this land has been growing grapevines since ancient times.
At the heart of preserved landscapes, the Syrah, Black Grenache and Carignan vines are able to extract from nature all the flavours you will find in the estate’s wines.
